116 are ready to support the government policy and become the workforces for economic cooperation. Despite the modern Thai-Russian relations that have been proceeding for more than 29 years (2021), the coopera- tion between both countries still needs support from various sectors of society. Cooperation from both sides in terms of politics, economy, and culture must help support each other. It means that if the Thai leaders do not prioritize relations with Russia, the other government agencies and private sectors cannot implement new initiatives for relations be- tween Thailand and Russia. Although the educational institutions are able to train students to accommodate the interactions between Thai- land and Russia, especially in trade matters, they cannot be achieved without the support from the nation’s leaders. Although both countries have different historical backgrounds and have experienced the strug- gles domestically, education and cultural exchange are still the impor- tant tools to support the political and economic cooperation between Thailand and Russia.
